For the record – I don’t expect any of you to send this all, but since you asked . . .

·         Food:
o   Cliff bars
o   Fruit ropes/dried fruit (un-sweetened)
o   Nuts
o   Cous cous
o   Pasta (especially cheese-filled)
o   Quinoa
o   Matza ball mix
o   Olive oil
o   Balsamic vinegar
o   Tea (especially mint, jasmine, or green tea)
o   Canned food – like garbanzo beans or vegetables or olives
o   CHOCOLATE – especially dark chocolate, M&Ms for sure don’t melt
o   Other candy
o   Gatorade/lemonade powder
o   Starbucks instant coffee mix – normal, and iced
o   CHEESE
§  Grated parmesan
§  Any cheese snacks – like cheese its, Goldfish
§  Aged cheese (apparently if it’s aged over 2 months or something it doesn’t need a refridgerator)
o   Mixes – I can get oil, eggs, tomatoes, and onions really easily, so anything you can add any of that to is great!  (I’m lazy, and cooking from scratch over a fire is hard and time consuming)
o   Turkey/beef jerky
o   Applesauce (personal size)
o   Little condiment packets – ketchup, mustard, salad dressing

o   Any fun science or English learning things you see, like the Periodic Table, posters, or science news articles

o   Easy-to-read books in English (little kids come to hang out with me sometimes, and I make them practice English)
